Victoria provides comprehensive project management support to IVCC’s Senior Project Managers and Director of Strategy, Portfolio and Project Management.
Prior to joining IVCC, Victoria was a Senior Research Associate at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine where she led the CIFF funded Monitoring and Evaluation Programme of HIV self-testing in Nigeria and Uganda. She also previously worked on the UNITAID/ PSI funded, HIV Self-testing in Africa (STAR) project delivering international regulatory workshops, bringing together high-level stakeholders from Ministries of Health, Regulatory Authorities and National Reference Laboratories, to incorporate HIVST into National policy, and was a member of the WHO HIVST technical working group contributing to numerous WHO international guidance documents.
She holds a BSc. Hons in Biomedical Sciences from Liverpool John Moores University, a MSc in Biology and Control of Parasites and Disease Vectors from the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine and completed her PhD thesis entitled ‘The clinical pharmacology of HIV antiretroviral therapy failure’ at the University of Liverpool in 2013 which was funded by an NIHR Fellowship.
